Things to assess for a successful product launch –
- Have a clear marketing objective and KPI

- Understand the target customer – this is crucial for product positioning and to optimize advertising budget.
- Understand product differentiators – make sure to leverage the company’s brand position/strength as well
- Understand the market and competitors

7. Partners and Distribution, if relevant – understanding of all stakeholders required and logistics
8. Other considerations – localization, regulations, buying power in a new market/country, local culture, legal, PR, office space, internet infra, customer service
9. Evaluate options for beta launch (preferably a small test) and gather feedback
